I checked the Sun with the PST at 0900 GMT.
It seemed unusually quiet in hydrogen alpha light with just a sunspot and plage
showing. However, the photos showed some features that I’d missed visually.
Unfortunately, part of the disc was missing, so I had to separate the
prominence shots with the disc detail (and not for the first time).
